VENDOR APPLICATION INFO AND FORM

Thank you for showing interest in The Boise K9 Fitness and Rehab and Top Golf Adoption Event.


This event will take place on Friday September 6, 2024 from 2-8 pm at Top Golf (1050 S Silverstone way, Meridian, ID 83642).

For this event, we are looking open to any type of vendor. We would love pet related vendors, but also ceramics, paintings of all types, designers, jewelry, clothing, glass art, wood art, beauty products, homemade baked goods, dog treats, etc


Everyone is welcome to apply, but we put a focus on handmade, and/or local products. Because Top Golf has alcohol and food, we are not taking food vendors, but may consider specialties.

Applications do not guarantee a spot, but we will choose shops or vendors that do not offer the same product or services. Preference will be given to those who apply first to the business that have similar materials.

Vendor Fees: $50 for a 10x10 space

100% of Proceeds will be donated back to the shelters/rescues at the event

Please note, that if someone has the same business type as you, the offer to be a vendor will be given to the first that applied, and they will have 7 days to submit payment once contacted. If you do not pay within the 7 days, the next alike business will get that spot.

Your payment will be collected once your booth is officially accepted and is non-refundable.

PLEASE ONLY RESPOND TO THE PHONE CALL FROM BOISE K9 FITNESS AND REHAB ONCE YOUR APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED. WE WILL NOT COLLECT PAYMENTS WITH ANY LINK VIA EMAIL OR TEXT. ONCE WE ESTABLISH CONTACT, I WILL LET YOU KNOW HOW TO PAY.

Vendors are required to collect 6% Idaho State Sales Tax. We do not supply any: tents, chairs, signs, etc. and you must bring all of these.


If you would like to donate an item to our raffle/silent auction as well, please let us know and we will collect it asap.

The booths and event will be held outside in the parking lot.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY THEFT OR DAMAGE AT THE SHOW. ONLY APPROVED ITEMS ARE ALLOWED TO BE FOR SALE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SET UP AND TEAR DOWN IN AN ORDERLY, QUICK FASHION. PLEASE BRING CHANGE, AND ANY EQUIPMENT NEEDED TO PROCESS CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS.

SET UP:  Check in and set up will begin at 12:00 pm on Friday. 

Please come check in before you begin your set up.

The show will take place outdoors, rain or shine.

TEAR DOWN:  Can start at 8 pm.

Please clean up all trash at your booth and do not leave anything behind.
